Adults with cerebral palsy face unique challenges because integrated multi-professional care inexplicably stops at transition to adult services. Red Whale and Up: The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement have joined forces to support primary care with this free one-hour webinar that will explore the unmet health needs of adults living with cerebral palsy.
